How does it work?
Great sleep is essential, and a number of dietary ingredients can impact sleep quality and quantity. Our Sleep Support Complex contains tart cherry extract - this facilitates natural production of serotonin and melatonin, which are both critically important for sleep regulation. We also include a small dose of melatonin - just enough to facilitate the onset of sleep, without causing excessive drowsiness the next morning. The theanine in our formula supports higher sleep quality by promoting a calm and relaxed mood, and on top of all that, we include magnesium glycinate as well. Magnesium supports better sleep by influencing multiple neurotransmitters involved in sleep regulation, and pre-bed glycine ingestion has been shown to enhance nighttime temperate regulation and improve sleep quality. Altogether, these research-backed ingredients set you up for a great night of restful sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

What happens if I miss a few days?
Don't stress! If you miss a few days, you can simply resume taking the Sleep Support Complex. For optimal results, it's best to use it nightly, so try to make it part of your bedtime routine. We recommend taking it at roughly the same time every night.

How long until I start seeing the benefits?
You should feel a difference in your ability to drift off into sleep and the quality of your sleep within the first few nights. Make sure to also employ healthy sleep hygiene. Exposure to bright light (computer, TV, and phone screens), eating too close to bedtime, too much caffeine consumption during the day, and too much stimulus late at night can all disrupt healthy patterns.

Should I take it with or without food?
You can take it with or without food. We recommend taking it without food 30-60 minutes before bed.
